The competition aims to raise social awareness about the role of vocational education and training (VET) in training high-quality human resources, creating jobs, and promoting sustainable livelihoods. Through short videos, the Organizing Committee hopes to capture authentic stories from learners, teachers, and staff at VET institutions, thereby reflecting their professional competence, practical experience, and career development opportunities.
Notably, the competition encourages entries that explore the link between vocational training and labor restructuring, rural economic development, multidimensional poverty reduction, and new rural development. Outstanding models and resilient individuals in remote areas, ethnic minority regions, and islands are given priority in recognition.
