Ford develops its electric vehicle ecosystem based on the real-world needs of its customers, with charging solutions and support services playing a fundamental role. This approach is implemented simultaneously across multiple aspects to ensure a consistent and seamless ownership experience.
The Mustang Mach-E supports a variety of charging methods, including home charging with a wall charger, flexible charging from a household power source via a portable charger, and fast charging at Ford dealerships. Customers can also access a network of over 350 public charging stations from third-party partners, extending their range nationwide.
Building on that foundation, Ford continues to refine the ecosystem by implementing a series of service initiatives for Mach-E owners. From April 2026, customers will receive a free battery charging package for five years, helping to optimize operating costs during the initial phase of using the electric vehicle.
In particular, the fast, convenient, and reassuring mobile emergency charging service is available 24/7 throughout the 3-year warranty period. This solution provides direct on-site support in case your vehicle runs out of battery on the road or needs repairs for common minor issues, offering a convenient experience for customers anytime, anywhere. Currently available in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, the service operates 24/7 and can replenish approximately 20% of battery capacity within 40 minutes. The hotline for this service is: 1800-6234.
In addition, a free pick-up and delivery service is provided by Ford dealerships nationwide for Mach E owners to support their charging needs when necessary. Ford is the first automaker to offer this service in Vietnam, contributing to increased convenience for customers using electric vehicles. Ford's team of experts also accompanies customers throughout the product's lifecycle, supporting their needs related to the operation and use of the electric vehicle.
Ford is also collaborating with VETC to connect a nationwide network of charging stations, simplifying the user experience. Customers can access charging stations from partner providers offering quality infrastructure, and can make automatic payments and reconcile finances, minimizing the number of steps involved in the process.
