Thy Art Is Murder have introduced new vocalist Jerry Grimefeld to the masses in a big way with their brutal new track.
Jerry was officially welcomed into the band last week via ‘Bermuda’, a track/message hybrid, after spending the Summer months getting acquainted on the festival circuit.
And with ‘Squeeze’, he really puts his mark on the band’s atmospherically bleak brand of heaviness. A gripping, guttural, gritty slab of breakneck drums, razor-sharp riffs and bile-drenched bars, it is Thy Art at their most evil and extravagant.
Released on their own imprint, Human Warfare, it is a sharp signal of things to come for the band. What a way to signal the start of a new chapter.
